Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Application Developer to lead the AI integration and orchestration aspects of our multi-AI platform. This role focuses on LLM integration, prompt engineering, AI agent development, and creating sophisticated AI workflows that power our debate and decision-making system.

Key Responsibilities

AI Integration & Development

• Design and implement LangChain workflows and agent orchestration systems
• Develop and optimize prompts for multiple AI personas with distinct characteristics
• Integrate Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM services
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for enhanced AI responses
• Implement vector databases for efficient knowledge retrieval

Multi-Agent System Development

• Create sophisticated AI agent frameworks with role-based behaviors
• Develop turn-based debate logic and AI persona management
• Implement conflict detection algorithms using NLP techniques
• Design AI memory systems for persistent cross-session learning
• Build AI evaluation and performance monitoring systems

LLM Operations & Optimization

• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency
• Implement prompt caching and response optimization strategies
• Develop AI safety measures and content filtering systems
• Create A/B testing frameworks for AI model comparison
• Monitor and improve AI response quality and relevance

Integration & API Development

• Build robust APIs for AI service integration
• Implement Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech AI service pipelines
• Create seamless AI-to-frontend communication systems
• Develop AI analytics and insights dashboards
• Ensure scalable AI infrastructure and load balancing

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience with generative AI applications and LLM integration
• Strong proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks
• Experience with Google Vertex AI, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM services
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS)
• Expertise in prompt engineering and AI model optimization
• Understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, and fine-tuning
• Experience with Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)

AI/ML Expertise

• Deep understanding of natural language processing and generation
• Experience with multi-agent systems and AI orchestration
• Knowledge of RAG systems and knowledge graph integration
• Understanding of AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices
• Experience with AI model evaluation and performance metrics
