Our client is building an AI-first logistics platform for Dubai, covering deliveries, relocations, commercial moves, specialist vehicles, water tankers, and recovery trucks. They have a live MVP and a clear financial model targeting operational breakeven within six months.
Their differentiator is Amo, an agentic AI orchestration layer that captures intent, calculates pricing, selects vehicle and helper configuration, allocates time slots, and orchestrates dispatch in real time. This is not a chatbot role, it is structured AI orchestration tied to real operations.

We need a hands-on Agentic AI Systems Engineer to design and run the orchestration layer that connects conversational input to deterministic pricing, vehicle selection, and dispatch allocation. You will work directly with founders and operations to keep a live city-scale fleet reliable.

- Build structured multi-step agent workflows with tool calling and state management
- Integrate pricing engine, vehicle eligibility rules, slotting, and dispatch allocation systems
- Implement WhatsApp Business API and other messaging entry points
- Add logging, evaluation, and observability to explain AI decisions end-to-end
- Design guardrails, fallbacks, and human override paths for live operations
- Improve orchestration based on real job outcomes and operational metrics

- Production experience shipping AI systems (not demos)
- Strong backend engineering in Python (APIs, workflows, state, reliability)
- Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks
- Clear separation of deterministic business logic vs probabilistic AI reasoning
- Strong APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems, and cloud deployment experience
- Ability to design operational validation, monitoring, and incident-safe automation
