The Role
Reporting into GDBS, the role of the IT Business Analyst is to be the SAP APO and IBP IT Support person in the IT APAC team.
Supporting mostly the Supply Chain function and reporting to the IT Manager – Supply Chain and Factory IT, key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Configure and support predominantly the SAP APO and IBP environment.
- Troubleshooting issues between the integration between SAP ERP and planning systems using either SAP APO or IBP.
- Support the end-to-end supply chain functions and applications between SAP systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Resolve end user issues and increase effective use of core systems.
- Work closely with business process owners to review, analyse, and enhance process design and usage.
The Person
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Mandatory SAP APO/IBP configuration skills with solid exposure to version ECC 6.0; S/4 very favourable.
- Strong understanding of SAP cross-module integration and master data.
- Exceptional APO and /or IBP configuration and implementation
- Solid communication skills with a proven track record in taking business requirements and transitioning them into operating systems.
- Previous key focus on managing internal stakeholders with a strong ability to develop solid relationships cross-functionally;
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
