Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the technical development of our multi-AI platform. This role requires expertise in the MERN stack with GCP/ Firebase integration, focusing on real-time systems, AI integration, and scalable architecture. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering core platform features within a 13-week timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead the development of the Multi-Agent Debate Engine with 5+ AI personas
- Architect and implement turn-based debate logic and session management
- Design and develop the Maestro Control Panel for debate orchestration
- Oversee the integration of Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech capabilities
- Implement persistent session memory and cross-session data management
Backend Development
- Design and implement MongoDB/Firestore database schema and document models
- Develop Express.js REST API framework with comprehensive endpoint documentation
- Build OAuth2 authentication system and user management
- Implement conflict detection algorithms and contradiction logging
- Create session export functionality (JSON/CSV/PDF formats)
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive React web interface with real-time debate visualization
- Create persona avatars and role-based visual representations
- Build intuitive user controls for debate management
- Implement real-time updates and WebSocket communications
- Design and develop conflict visualization dashboards
Infrastructure & DevOps
- Set up and manage Firebase/Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with Firebase CLI
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Configure monitoring, logging, and performance optimization
- Ensure security hardening and vulnerability management
- Manage deployment automation and version control
Quality Assurance
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests (80%+ coverage)
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Perform load testing and performance optimization
- Create technical documentation and API specifications
- Ensure production-ready quality standards
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in MERN/MEAN/MEVN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
- Extensive experience with MongoDB and Firestore database design
- Proficiency in REST API development and documentation
- Experience with OAuth2 and authentication systems
- Knowledge of Firebase ecosystem and Google Cloud services
- Experience with real-time communications (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)
- Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
AI/ML Integration
- Experience integrating AI/ML services and APIs
- Understanding of natural language processing and speech technologies
- Knowledge of AI orchestration and multi-agent systems (preferred)
- Experience with voice processing and audio streaming
