โข Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and policies
โข Design, update, and maintain job descriptions across all departments
โข Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding efforts
โข Implement and manage employee performance evaluation processes
โข Support the sales team in performance and engagement activities
โข Ensure HR operations run smoothly (excluding legal aspects)

๐ Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in HR or related field
