Position Summary

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on backend excellence, you’ll lead the development of fault-tolerant, high-performance backend systems that power video processing, large-scale data storage, and API services. You’ll architect scalable microservices, optimize databases, and drive innovation in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable backend services for real-time data and video processing.
• Lead design of microservices and distributed systems for reliability and scale.
• Optimize database schemas, indexing, and caching for performance.
• Collaborate with AI, frontend, and platform teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Build CI/CD pipelines, enforce observability, and maintain robust documentation.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and minimize downtime.
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers.
• Optimize data pipelines for low-latency and high reliability.
• Contribute to system roadmaps and explore emerging backend technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in backend/software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, GoLang.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, SQL/NoSQL, caching, and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Knowledge of real-time data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership experience.

Bonus: Video processing, large-scale data systems, cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, Terraform.
