𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲

You’ll lead computer vision R&D, build end-to-end ML pipelines, and integrate models into production IoT systems. This is an opportunity to apply deep CV/ML expertise with direct impact on road safety worldwide.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Design and implement real-time CV algorithms (object detection, tracking, segmentation)

• Build full ML pipelines (preprocessing → training → inference → deployment)

• Lead ML Ops workflows, including model deployment, versioning, and monitoring

• Work with backend and hardware teams to integrate CV models into IoT devices

• Develop data annotation and preprocessing workflows for high-quality datasets

• Troubleshoot production ML systems and ensure reliability and robustness

• Mentor engineers and enforce best practices in AI/ML engineering

• Contribute to architecture decisions balancing accuracy, speed, and constraints

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

🎓 Experience & Technical Skills

• 5+ years in computer vision / ML engineering

• Strong proficiency in Python, OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, YOLO, Detectron2

• Proven experience building real-time CV algorithms

• ML Ops expertise (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)

• Solid understanding of CNNs, transformers, and optimization

• Strong software engineering practices (Git, testing, CI/CD)

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

• Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional work with AI, hardware, and platform teams

Bonus Experience

• Edge AI and IoT deployments

• NVIDIA Jetson / TensorRT optimization

• Traffic safety systems, smart city solutions, or autonomous vehicle perception
