Position Summary

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on frontend excellence, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of user-facing interfaces and supporting backend services. You’ll drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and work closely with AI and hardware teams to deliver real-time insights through scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications using frameworks like Next.js & TypeScript.
• Build scalable backend services (APIs, pipelines, notifications) with Python.
• Create reusable UI components and design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Optimize system performance for low-latency rendering and high-volume data handling.
• Design database schemas, queries, and caching strategies.
• Collaborate with backend, AI, and hardware teams for seamless integrations.
• Set and enforce testing standards across the stack (Jest, Cypress, Pytest).
• Implement monitoring/alerts for user journeys and error detection.
• Mentor junior engineers, lead reviews, and champion best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex frontend and backend issues in production.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of full stack development with strong frontend focus.
• Expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, React.js and backend development with Python.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade scalable systems.
• Knowledge of REST/GraphQL, relational & NoSQL databases.
• Strong testing and CI/CD experience.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and mentoring ability.

Bonus: Real-time data visualization, video streaming, WebRTC, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and infra tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
