About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Product Analyst to join our team and play a key role in requirement engineering, user story development, and technical documentation. You will work directly under the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience, a technical background, and familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development processes, and logistics-based mobile applications (preferred). Additionally, the role involves R&D on new features to enhance our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Requirement Engineering & Documentation:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements (FRS, NFRs).
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including:
- SRS (Software Requirements Specification)
- FRS (Functional Requirements Specification)
- BRD (Business Requirements Document)
- TRD (Technical Requirements Document)
- TDD (Technical Design Document)
✅ User Stories & Agile Development:
- Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Break down epics into detailed subtasks and technical specifications.
- Work in an Agile environment with JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
✅ Collaboration & Communication:
- Work directly with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure clarity in feature requirements.
✅ Research & Development (R&D):
- Conduct R&D on new features and industry trends.
- Evaluate and propose innovative solutions to enhance the product.
- Identify gaps in the current system and suggest improvements.
✅ Technical & Development Understanding:
- Work with APIs, system architecture, and integrations.
- Understand technical constraints and propose feasible solutions.
- Read and understand basic code structures (knowledge of any programming language is a plus).
✅ UML & Process Modeling:
- Create UML diagrams (Use Case, Class, Sequence, Activity, and ERD diagrams).
- Design process flows, wireframes, and data flow diagrams to improve understanding.
✅ Testing & Validation:
- Support QA teams in test case creation based on requirements.
- Validate feature implementations to ensure they align with documented specifications.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
🛠 Technical Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in requirement engineering, documentation, and product analysis.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirement tracking and documentation.
- Proficiency in writing SRS, FRS, BRD, TRD, TDD, and other documentation.
- Experience in UML diagramming (Use Case, Class, Sequence, Activity, and ERD).
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and technical feasibility assessments.
- Familiarity with Logistics-focused mobile applications is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SQL, JSON, REST APIs, and version control (Git) is a plus.
