Role Mission

To design, develop, and deliver scalable cross platform applications that leverage React Native and the MERN stack, enabling seamless mobile and web experiences and close collaboration with product design QA and engineering teams to drive production ready features on time.

Technical Ecosystem

Technologies and tools you will work with include React Native for mobile, React.js for web, Node.js and Express.js for backend, MongoDB as the database, and JavaScript/TypeScript as main programming languages. You will design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third party services. The role requires experience with cross platform development, code reviews, and maintaining clean, scalable code. You will collaborate with teammates using version control (Git) and participate in the development lifecycle.

Performance Expectations

Within 6-12 months you will own end-to-end feature delivery across mobile and web, implement scalable API integrations, optimize performance and stability across platforms, participate in code reviews, and contribute to improving development processes to reduce cycle time and defects.

Preferred skills (Docker, CI/CD, security awareness, mobile release processes) help improve deployment speed, reliability, and security, but are not strictly required at the outset.
