Role Mission

To empower the organization by delivering robust, scalable full-stack web applications using .NET and React. This role focuses on high-quality frontend implementation while maintaining solid backend services, APIs, and integrations to enable end-to-end feature delivery and close collaboration with product, design, QA, and engineering teams.

Technical Ecosystem

• Core stack: .NET / ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Backend: REST APIs, authentication, system integration
• Frontend: responsive, reusable components; performance-aware UI
• DevOps and deployment: Docker, CI/CD pipelines; basic cloud/deployment understanding
• Security: secure coding practices
• Tooling: Git-based workflows; code reviews; agile processes

Performance Expectations

• Within 0-3 months: Onboard, ramp up on codebase, contribute to small features, fix defects, and establish how we build and test front-end components.
• Within 6-12 months: Lead front-end feature implementations, build and integrate backend services and APIs, optimize performance and accessibility, participate in architecture discussions, and contribute to CI/CD/process improvements.
