Oversee the technical direction of the engineering team, guide delivery across multiple workstreams, and mentor developers to ensure high-quality, scalable full-stack solutions.

Technical Ecosystem

• Backend: .NET / ASP.NET Core (preferred)
• Frontend: React (preferred)
• Containerization: Docker
• CI/CD: pipelines and tooling
• Cloud & Infrastructure: cloud awareness (provider-agnostic)
• Security: secure development practices

Performance Expectations

• Within the first 6-12 months, define and align on the technical direction and architecture for active projects; drive architecture decisions and coding standards.
• Mentor and develop engineers, promote code quality, and ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable applications.
• Lead estimation, planning, release coordination, and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep delivery on track.
• Collaborate with product, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to balance delivery with architectural integrity and performance requirements.
• Ensure development practices support scalability, maintainability, testing readiness, and production issue resolution.
