Role Mission

The QA Engineer will own end-to-end quality across backend services, SDKs, and frontend applications, driving an automation-first testing culture to enable reliable, scalable software delivery. You will define quality standards, metrics, acceptance criteria, and test coverage targets, while partnering with product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to reduce risk and accelerate value delivery.

Technical Ecosystem

You will build and maintain automated test suites for APIs, SDKs, and frontend applications, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with clear quality gates. Responsibilities include establishing testing methodologies, maintaining test infrastructure and data management, validating data transformation, and ensuring traceable audit evidence for compliance reviews. Expect to work with cross-functional tooling for test automation, API testing, frontend testing, and SDK testing; while maintaining robust test environments and documentation.

Performance Expectations

In the first 6-12 months you will:

• define and codify the quality strategy and acceptance criteria across backend, SDKs, and frontend
• design and implement automated tests for APIs, SDKs, and frontend components
• integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and automated test execution
• manage test environments and data, run regression and smoke tests, and verify hotfixes
• produce test dashboards and audit trails for compliance reviews and defect trends
• collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure requirement clarity and testability
