Role Mission

Join our team as a Junior Full Stack Engineer with a backend-heavy focus on .NET. This role is designed for an early-career candidate who will strengthen backend capabilities, build robust REST APIs, and support full-stack delivery through collaboration with backend, QA, product, and frontend teams.

Technical Ecosystem

• .NET (ASP.NET Core)
• REST APIs

• Familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker) is a plus

Performance Expectations

• Deliver and maintain backend services using .NET, including designing and implementing REST endpoints
• Assist with database interactions and ensure reliable data handling
• Support front-end integration where required and collaborate across teams
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing; contribute to feature delivery across the lifecycle
• Demonstrate growing backend proficiency and ownership within 6-12 months

Requirement Rationale
