To empower our front-end experiences with clean, responsive UI built in React, while collaborating with backend and product teams to deliver tangible value, and growing into broader full-stack capabilities in a fast-paced product environment.

Technical Ecosystem

Front-end heavy stack centered on React with solid fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. The role requires working with REST APIs for frontend-backend integration and collaborating across design, QA, and product teams. Expect to work with version control (Git) and participate in code reviews. Emphasis on clean code, accessibility, responsive design, and iterative UI improvements. While primarily front-end focused, a basic understanding of full-stack concepts is valuable for effective collaboration.

Performance Expectations

Within the first 6–12 months, you will:

• Implement, maintain, and iterate on front-end features in React that align with product goals.
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and services, ensuring reliable UI behavior.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, design, and product to ship features with quality and accessibility considerations.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of UI/UX and performance.
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to a fast-paced development cadence.
